For the Earth

In Australia, our drinking water is clean, safe, cold, cheap and refreshing.  Take your Squidge bottle to the nearest tap, fill it up and take it with you throughout the day.  You will save money, but more importantly, you will be doing your little bit to save our World.

The Guardian estimates that 1,000,000 plastic bottles are brought into the World every minute.  That is around 20,000 new plastic bottles every second, so by the time you finish reading this sentence, there are another 50,000 plastic bottles in the World.  In 2016 less than half of those bottles were collected for recycling and only 7% of them were made into new bottles.  That means that about 250 billion plastic bottles are headed for landfill, oceans and roadsides again this year.  There’s just no need for it.
